COMPETITION JOURNEY
I have competed in 24 bodybuilding competitions with international experience spread over 9 years and 6 different federations. I have won 13x1st places in 4 of those federations and placed Top 2 in all 6 federations. My most recent achievement was placing 2nd in my FMG Pro debut in the Pro Bikini 35+ division in 2023, and my biggest achievements were winning 2x FMG Bikini Pro Cards at the one show in 2022, and winning my ICN Bikini Pro Card in 1st place at the ICN Australian Championships in 2016.

Over the past 10 years I have trialed so many different approaches to lose weight and gain muscle, and hired multiple expert Coach’s and Personal Trainers to guide me and keep me accountable, I now have so much knowledge to share with you!
Along this journey I realised that my love for health and fitness doesn’t just lie within myself, it lies within empowering and motivating women to see their potential, feel good about themselves, build up their self-love and confidence, and enjoy their fitness journey!
Becoming a coach has allowed me to fulfil my passion to help others. My mission is to create a sustainable and flexible approach for each individual to live a healthier and happier life.
Now my passion is helping other women start their fitness journey with the right knowledge from Day 1 and give them the support they need to help them transition to a healthier and happier life.
MY STORY
At my lowest point in my life I had gained 17kgs from emotional/stress eating caused by poor competition coaching advice from a previous coach who failed to educate and support me through the post-comp reverse diet phase. I fell into a negative spiral of post comp blues and hit rock bottom in my life. I was miserable and didn’t feel confident in my body anymore which was negatively affecting my entire life.
After leaving this coach I was determined to learn how to lose the weight I had gained in a healthy manner and keep it off long term. I knew I had to make a lifestyle change to find balance again.
Along my weight-loss journey I studied personal training and nutrition courses and did a lot of self-love and gratitude work to build a stronger mindset so that I would never feel so low about myself again. It was hard work losing 17kgs but I am grateful for what I learned along my weight-loss journey as I truly believe that I can help my clients even more now due to my own personal relatable experiences and having a deeper understanding for my client’s journey and empathy towards them.
My philosophy centres around fostering self-love and confidence among women, believing that their well-being is paramount to a fulfilling life.
Becoming the best version of yourself is a beautiful journey. It's challenging yet rewarding journey of dedication and commitment. I believe that true growth and transformation starts in the mindset and when we finally discover our own strength, we can then flourish into the best version of ourselves.
